1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LocoTap. By accessing or using our website (https://locotap.com), mobile application, or any services provided by LocoTap (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant LocoTap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
5.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains viruses or other malicious code
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service

In no event shall LocoTap, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LocoTap and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LocoTap regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and LocoTap.
